Ham and bean Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1 cup uncooked spiral pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt free lemon pepper
1 can (15.5 ounces) Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
4 ounces sliced Healthy Ones™ Deli Honey Ham
1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 cup shredded spinach leaves
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain and rinse with cold water. In medium bowl, stir together oil, lemon juice and lemon pepper. Add pasta and beans; toss to coat with dressing. Cut ham into short strips. Stir in ham, bell pepper and spinach.

Makes 4 (1-1/4 cup) servings.
